We are not professional carpenters, but are not amateurs. We found the instructions to be confusing, lacking detail and printed so small that a magnifying glass was needed at times. Very frustrating. The finished product is lovely and was what we had hoped for, thus the four star rating. Improve the assembly instructions, please!
Cabinets came in excellent condition. They were easy to assemble. The drawes were excellent quality, Customer was extremely happy!
Faster than expected shipping, delivery service was great on being flexible. RTA Designer was great to work with as well, and incorporated changes quickly. Product assembly went fairly quick, with no hardware missing. Overall very happy with our purchase and product quality. Will definitely consider for next remodel project.
