15-Day Competitor Price Match Guarantee
How it works:
If you find a lower price available on the same cabinetry you are purchasing on a different website (must be same manufacturer and collection on a competitors website), we will match and beat that price by 5%, and refund you the difference!* Unfortunately, we are not able to match if your collection goes on sale on our website as those discounts are date specific.
The price match amount is what the total sale amount would be from the competing website, after any shipping or other applicable fees.
Please note that while many cabinets may look alike, they may not be the same, it will be at the discretion of TheRTAStore.com to determine if the competitor is selling the same cabinets. If the two collections are not the same, the price will not be able to be matched.
Please note that there are fraudulent cabinetry companies online. We are only able to match verified reputable companies. Red flags to look out for are companies that do not have a phone number listed or who do respond back to inquiries.
15 day rules:
Our 15 day price match guarantee starts at 12:01am (EDT) the day after your order has been placed on our website.
Day 15 ends at 11:59pm (EDT) 15 days later. Please note if we are contacted after the 15th day, we will not be able to match a competitors price. If an order has already been shipped or prepped for shipping, the order will not be able to be cancelled without restocking fees being applied by our manufacturers.

*We reserve the right to not grant the price match in the event the competitor's site is deemed fraudulent, suspicious or not reputable (eg: excessive bad reviews). Occasionally, competitors will heavily discount products or shipping in error, if this happens, we may not be able to match the pricing but will provide you with our absolute best pricing possible. Our price match guarantee does not apply to prior purchases that are then discounted on TheRTAStore.com due to a special sale or price drop - these types of sales/price drops are due to manufacturer discounts/price changes that are not under our control and that we are unaware of until shortly before a sale begins. Financing may not be able to apply to price matched orders.
